Ouchy 4 -6 : Modernizing of administration building
The former premises of the post office dating from the 60ies, which have up to now not been accessible to the public, will be revitalized by a complete modernization of the office complex (floors 0-6). Starting 2014 the first premium tenants will be moving in and reviving the 7500 m2 office spaces which stood vacant since the partial move-out of the post office in 2010. Since a minimal renovation in 2012, a large shop of 2000 m2 has been occupying the lower two floors. After the minimal renovation in 2012 the former mail sorting plant is ready to host offices and workshops on an area totalling 2300 m2.
